![]() ![]() He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ben Neeley, Jr., and Larry Neeley. His time was best spent with his loving grandchildren. Rodger enjoyed his work, and cherished the time spent with Teresa and their children. When his children were young, Rodger faithfully served at the Mountain Fork Christian Camp. Rodger was a life-long member of the De Queen Church of Christ where he served as Sunday school teacher and song leader. Anywhere you look around the De Queen area and surrounding communities you are sure to see some of his work. He was accomplished in his skills as a Welder and Machinist. ![]() In his youth, Rodger began working in his family’s welding business, Neeley’s Welding in De Queen, which would become his life-long career. ![]() Rodger married the love of his life, Teresa Rena Williams, on June 7, 1979, in De Queen, and to this union, three children were born. He was a 1976 graduate of De Queen High School. and Billie Jean Burnett Neeley on June 24, 1958, in De Queen. Rodger was born one of three sons to Ben Harrison, Sr. Rodger Paul Neeley, age 65, resident of De Queen, Arkansas, passed from this life on Friday, September 8, 2023, in De Queen. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14th at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Gravelly Cemetery in Foreman, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen, Arkansas. Wendy enjoyed camping, being outdoors, and attending biking functions, but best spent her time with her grandchildren, whom she adored. ![]() For a number of years, Wendy and Paul delivered the Texarkana Gazette to residents of Sevier County and surrounding communities. She was a 1982 graduate of Dierks High School, and later, on November 19, 1991, married the love of her life, Ernie Paul Walker. Wendy was born to Roy Roger and Frankie Jean Brinkley Sims on May 31, 1962, in Lebanon, Oregon. Wendy Yvonne Sims Puckett Walker, age 61, resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at her home. ![]()
